1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 346bd (hereinafter referred to as "346bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 346bd platform at 346bd.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 346bd platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 346bd strongly recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 346bd website, mobile site, and all associated services available at 346bd.io.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 346bd platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable funds issued to a Player's account by 346bd.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

3. Eligibility

3.3 The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 346bd:

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of 346bd services, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 346bd platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 346bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify 346bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Account registration on 346bd is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it to any other party.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 346bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of account holders. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to the processing of a withdrawal request, or at any time at the discretion of 346bd's compliance team.

5.2 When KYC verification is requested, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport;
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or MFS transaction statement confirming your registered address (dated within the last three months);
• A photograph or selfie as directed by the 346bd support team;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

5.3 Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 346bd may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals or account access until verification is completed. 346bd will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts where verification has been formally requested.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 All deposits to your 346bd account are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated in the cashier section of the platform.

6.2 346bd currently supports the following deposit channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of your 346bd account and forfeiture of any associated funds pending investigation.

6.4 346bd does not charge fees on deposits processed via supported MFS channels. However, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 346bd accepts no responsibility.

6.5 All deposits are final once credited to your 346bd account. If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty minutes of the transaction being completed at your MFS provider, you should contact 346bd support with your transaction reference number.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 5.

7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same MFS account or bank account used to make deposits to your 346bd account, except where otherwise agreed in writing with 346bd support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.

7.3 346bd targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may extend to 24 hours during periods of high request volume or where additional verification is required.

7.4 346bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, 346bd will notify the account holder and provide a timeline for investigation where practicable.

7.5 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 346bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 346bd promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited;
• Certain game types (including but not limited to live casino games, specific slots titles, and sports markets with low odds) may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirement fulfilment;
• 346bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

8.3 346bd operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using automated betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion between account holders for the purpose of exploiting promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 346bd will void all bonus funds and associated winnings and may permanently close the accounts involved.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 All games available on the 346bd platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or product area on the platform. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

9.2 Game outcomes on 346bd are determined by certified random number generators or by real-time live dealer mechanics provided by our game supply partners, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. 346bd does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the ability to influence the result of any individual game round.

10.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, 346bd reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, void any bets or game rounds affected by the prohibited conduct, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the account. 346bd may also report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

11. Responsible Gaming

14.2 The 346bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 346bd makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or market information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

14.3 346bd's total cumulative liability to any single account holder in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that account holder to their 346bd account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Amendments

15.1 346bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 346bd will provide reasonable notice to account holders via email or a prominent platform notification, stating the effective date of the change. Notice periods may be shorter where changes are required to address urgent legal or security matters.

16.2 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.
